Stormwater Manual & Ordinance Requirements

These requirements deal with design and post-construction maintenance of stormwater features within Scott County. This is applicable to all of Scott County as of 2021.

Floodplain Maps

Official as of December 2017

On December 21st, 2017 FEMA's official Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) became effective in Scott County, Georgetown, Stamping Ground, and Sadieville. It is possible that your property's status in the flood zone changed as a result of this new mapping. Check out our Floodplain Information page to find out more!
