NOTE: Amendments to the Final
Subdivision Plat will be reviewed on an individual basis. Based on the
degree of amendment/revision, a revised Preliminary Subdivision Plat may be
required for review and approval by the full Planning Commission (must be
submitted by the application deadline). Final Subdivision Plats that
require full Planning Commission review must be submitted by the application
deadline.

Study is required, the TIS must be submitted for review and approval at this
stage (prior to any construction).

Road construction must be inspected by the Planning Commission Engineer/ City
Engineer at all stages (i.e., gravel, curb, sub-base, and binder) for compliance
with City regulations. Failure to comply with this may result in the roads
not being accepted by the City.
**** Final
Plat does not require full Planning Commission approval unless requested at the
time of Preliminary Plat approval.
