NOTE: Amendments to the Final Development Plan will be reviewed on an individual basis. Based on the degree of amendment/revision, a revised Preliminary Development Plan may be required for review and approval by the full Planning Commission (must be submitted by the application deadline). Final Development Plans that require full Planning Commission review must be submitted by the application deadline. See current Fee Schedule for all applicable fees.
