16. Submit 1 paper copy plus all required
materials to the Chief Building Official
for a building permit
17. Begin construction, including
drainage and landscaping. Improvements must
be installed/completed or a
bond/letter of credit submitted to the
Planning Commission prior to the
issuance of a C.O. by the Chief Building
Official.
NOTE: Amendments to the Final
Development Plan will be reviewed on an individual basis. Based on the
degree of amendment/revision, a revised Preliminary Development Plan may be
required for review and approval by the full Planning Commission (must be
submitted by the application deadline). Final Development Plans that
require full Planning Commission review must be submitted by the application
deadline. See current Fee Schedule for all applicable fees.
*
by standard deadline; this includes all preliminary development plans and
resubmittals.
** If a Traffic Impact
Study is required, the TIS must be submitted for review and approval at this stage.

Final Plan does not require full Planning Commission approval unless requested
at the time of Preliminary Plan approval.
