A.       ZMA-2008-20  Pinnacle Parkside Shoppes – Amendment to the 2006 Comprehensive Plan from Urban Residential to Commercial and Zoning Map Amendment from A-1 (Agricultural) to B-5 (General Commercial Park) for 12.3 acres located on the north side of McClelland Circle (U.S. 460 Bypass), southwest of the Suffoletta Family Aquatic Center, and west of Lexington Road (U.S. 25 S).  WITHDRAWN

 

B.       Determination for rehearing Sparks Farm Development

 

C.       ZMA-2008-37  Sparks Farm Development – Rezoning request from A-1 to R-2 PUD for 25.77 acres, located on the west side of Lisle Road (KY 1963) and ¼ mile south of Lemons Mill Road (KY 1962).  PUBLIC HEARING

 

D.       FSP-2008-36  Beckett Property – Final Subdivision Plat for two 10-acre tracts subdivided from a 48.35-acre parent tract located on the west side of Muddy Ford Road, north of Delaplain Road.  WITHDRAWN

 

E.       PSP-2008-42  Rains Property – Preliminary Subdivision Plat for one 10-acre tract divided from a 106-acre parent tract located on the west side of Finnell Pike.

 

F.       PSP-2008-43  Wilder Property – Preliminary Subdivision Plat for three 5-acre tracts subdivided from a 146.27-acre parent tract zoned A-1, located on the west side of Yarnallton Pike.

 

G.       PDP-2008-27  Georgetown/Lexington KOA Kampground – Preliminary Development Plan for an R.V. campground with 179 camping sites and ancillary facilities on 26.1 acres, located between Lexington Road (U.S. 25), Coleman Lane, and Ironworks Road (KY 1973).  POSTPONED
