from Urban Residential to Commercial and Zoning Map Amendment from A-1
(Agricultural) to B-5 (General Commercial Park) for 12.3 acres located on
the north side of McClelland Circle (U.S. 460 Bypass), southwest of the
Suffoletta Family Aquatic Center, and west of Lexington Road (U.S. 25 S).

Development
C. ZMA-2008-37 Sparks Farm Development – Rezoning request from
A-1 to R-2 PUD for 25.77 acres, located on the west side of Lisle Road (KY

D. FSP-2008-36 Beckett Property – Final Subdivision Plat for
two 10-acre tracts subdivided from a 48.35-acre parent tract located on the
